How do I change my name or language?

Open My account from your account menu. Change your name, photo, language or password there, in one place for your CRM and Alori.

Everything about you lives on one page, My account: your photo, your name, the language you use, your email signature and your password. It's the same page in your CRM and in Alori, so a change there shows everywhere.

Step 1: Open My account

In your CRM, click your picture at the top right, then My account. In Alori, click your name, then Profile: it opens the same page.

Step 2: Change what you need

  • Photo: click your picture and pick an image.

  • Name: type your name and click outside the box. It saves on its own. Your team sees this name, and Alori uses it too.

  • Language: under Display, click English or Français. It switches right away, on every device, in your CRM and in Alori. The FR / EN button at the top does the same, and so does asking Alori ("switch me to French").

  • Password: click Reset my password. We email you a 6-digit code. Type it with your new password. It's the password you use to sign in to Alori too.

Good to know

  • If you have an employee file, My information on the same page holds your phone, address and emergency contact. See How can employees update their own information?

  • You can also ask Alori: "Call me Marie Tremblay" or "Switch me to French."

  • The emails Alori sends you (Getting started, Referrals) are under Emails in Alori's Settings.

If it doesn't work

  • You can't change your email. The email you sign in with is fixed. Contact Alori support to change it.

  • No Language row. Your app speaks one language only. The owner turns on the other in Settings › Business.

  • No Password card. You're trying Alori without an account. Save your app with an account to get a password.

  • You're looking for your company name or brand color. Those are in Alori's Settings, under Your website.
