How do I get a text or email when my website is ready?

While your first website builds, type your email or cell number under No need to wait here and click Notify me. Alori tells you when it's ready.

While your first website is being built, type your email or cell number under No need to wait here, then click Notify me. When the website is ready, Alori emails or texts you, so you can close the page and come back later.

Step 1: Find the box

While your website builds, the box No need to wait here shows in the chat, under Your website is on its way, and over the preview. It says: "Leave your email or cell, I'll tell you when it's ready."

Step 2: Type your email or cell number and click Notify me

In Email or cell number, type your email, or a Canadian or US cell number. Click Notify me. You'll see "I'll email you at …" or "I'll text you at …".

Step 3: Switch to a text, or change your number

Already signed in with an email? The box already says "I'll email you at …". To also get a text, click Text me instead, type your cell number, then click Notify me. To fix a number, click Change.

What you get

By email: "Your website is ready", with a picture of your home page, a See my website button and an Open my workspace link.
By text: a short message with a link to see your website and a link to ask for changes.

Texts are only about this app. Reply STOP to stop them.

Good to know

This is for your first website. Later changes show in your workspace chat.
If you leave both an email and a cell number, you get both.

If it doesn't work

"Enter an email or a Canadian or US cell number." Check for a typo. Only Canadian and US cell numbers can get texts.
"Enter a Canadian or US cell number." You're already getting the email. Type a Canadian or US cell number to get a text too.
You don't see the box. Your website is already built, or you chose no website. Open Website in the left menu to see it.
