How do I let guests in from the waiting room?
When a guest knocks, you see "… wants to join" over the video. Click Admit to let them in, or Deny. With several, click Admit all.

Step 1: Keep the waiting room on
In New meeting, with Alori video picked, keep Guests wait to be let in on. It's on to start. You or a teammate admits each guest before they enter.

Step 2: See who is waiting
Once you're in the call, each guest at the door shows at the top: … wants to join. In the list of meetings, a meeting with guests at the door shows how many are waiting.
Step 3: Admit or deny
Click Admit to let the guest in, or Deny. With more than one, click Admit all. The people list shows them too, under Waiting to be let in.

Good to know
The guest sees Waiting for the host… and keeps the page open.
A guest you deny sees The host didn't let you in and can click Ask again.
A guest you already let in can come back without knocking again.
A guest whose page went quiet shows Connection lost in the people list.
Turn off Guests wait to be let in to let everyone with the link in directly.
If it doesn't work
A guest says nothing happens. Join the call yourself: only someone in the call sees the knock.
The guest sees "The host hasn't let you in yet. Ask to join again." Ask them to try again while you're in the call.
