Your CRM, Website and Customers help center keep their names and can't be removed one by one: they're built into your app. You can rename your whole app with Project name in Settings, or delete the whole app with Delete project.

Also called: rename, change name, delete, remove, get rid of, renommer, supprimer, effacer

Step 1: Open Settings

Open your CRM or Website in the left menu. Above the preview, click Settings. The Project settings panel opens.

Click: Settings

Step 2: Rename your app

Type the new name in Project name, then click Save changes. You'll see "Saved. Your team's app updates in a few seconds." This is also the business name your customers see.

Click: Settings › Project name › Save changes

Step 3: Delete the whole app (only if you're sure)

At the bottom of Project settings, click Delete project. The window explains that this deletes the project, its Vercel project, its Convex project and its phone number. Your live app goes offline, and this can't be undone. Click Delete project to confirm, or Keep it.

Click: Settings › Delete project › Delete project

Good to know

  • Deleting removes everything: your CRM, your website, your help center and the app's data. To stop showing just one page, ask Alori in the chat instead.

  • The Settings button opens different settings when your Customers help center is open. Open your CRM or Website first.

If it doesn't work

  • "We couldn't save your settings. Try again." Try again in a moment.

  • The Save changes button is grey. Nothing changed yet, or the name is empty.

  • "We couldn't delete this project. Try again." Try again in a moment.

  • "We couldn't release this project's phone number, so the project was kept. Try again in a minute." Wait a minute, then delete again.
