How do I see booking stats?
In Booking, click ⋯ › Statistics. Pick 7, 30 or 90 days to see link views, bookings, cancellations, no-shows and where customers found you.
In Booking, click ⋯ at the top, then Statistics. Pick 7 days, 30 days or 90 days to see how many people opened your links, how many booked, and where they found you.
Also called: booking analytics, booking report, conversion rate, no-shows, link views, statistiques de réservation, taux de conversion, absences, rapport
Step 1: Open Statistics
In Booking, click ⋯ at the top right, then Statistics.
Click: Booking › ⋯ › Statistics
Step 2: Pick the period
Under Period, pick 7 days, 30 days or 90 days. The owner can also switch between Me and Whole team.
Step 3: Read the numbers
Link views: people who opened a link.
Bookings, with the share of views that booked.
Cancelled or moved and No-shows, with their share of bookings.
From link to booking: Opened the link, Picked a time, Booked.
By appointment type: Views, Booked and Rate.
Where customers found it: Direct link (email, text), My website (embedded) or Routing form.
Good to know
Nothing personal is kept about who looked, only counters.
To count a no-show, open a past booking in Appointments and click Mark “Did not come”.

No ⋯ menu. Your role can only view Booking.
