What's the difference between my Alori account and my team app?
Your Alori account is where you build and change your app. Your team app is where your crew works, with its own users and roles.
There are two places, each with its own sign-in. Your Alori account is where you build your app and change it by chatting with Alori. Your team app is the app your crew uses every day: customers, jobs, schedule. People you add in one don't get into the other.

Your Alori account
Where you build, preview, change and publish your app, and see your credits and billing.
You sign in on the Alori website, with Google, Microsoft or your email.
Users in Alori's side menu: people you invite here can open and edit all your projects and use your credits. Invite only people who change the app with you, like a partner. Up to 50 users.
Your team app
Where your team works: your tools, at your app's address ending in /app, on a computer or a phone.
Each person signs in with their own team account, by email and password or with Google.
Users in the team app's menu, under Team: you invite the people who work with you and choose what each one can do with a role. For example, a technician can see only their own jobs, with no prices.
When you open your app from your Alori account, you're signed in to it as an admin, so you don't need a second account.
Step 1: Invite someone who helps you build
In Alori's side menu, click Users. Type their email under Invite by email and click Invite. They join once they sign in with that email and accept.

Step 2: Add someone to your team app
In your team app, open Users under Team and click Add someone. Under Who?, pick an employee or Someone else, then click Next. Under What access?, pick their role. They get an invitation by email, with a link valid for 7 days. They continue with Google or choose their password.

If it doesn't work
"That person already has their own account with projects or users." They already use Alori for their own business, so they can't join your Alori account. Add them in your team app instead.
"You've reached the limit of 50 users." Remove someone you no longer need from Users.
In the team app: "No account in this app uses this Google address. Ask the owner for an invitation." Invite that email from the team app's Users page.
In the team app: "Email or password is incorrect." Check the email, or click Forgot password?.
