How do I close several conversations at once?
In Conversations, click the avatars of the conversations you're done with, then Close. Tap what they were about, and they all move to Closed.
In Conversations, click the avatar of each conversation you're done with. A dark bar shows how many you picked. Click Close, tap what they were about, and they all move to Closed together.

Step 1: Pick the conversations
Click Conversations in the left menu. Point at a customer's avatar: it turns into a box. Click it to pick that conversation. On a phone, tap the avatar. Once one is picked, every row shows its box, and clicking a row picks it too. Select all picks every conversation in the list.

Step 2: Close them
Click Close in the dark bar. If your team has subjects, Alori asks What was it about?: tap one and every picked conversation is closed with it, so it counts on Front desk › KPIs. Or click Close without a subject. You see "3 conversations closed: Rendez-vous." with Undo.

Good to know
Each conversation comes back on its own when that customer writes again.
In Closed or Snoozed (the Open ▾ menu), the same bar has Reopen instead, to bring several back at once.
The ✕ at the left of the bar clears what you picked. Changing the filter keeps only the picked ones still in the list.
You can ask Ask Alori "close all the Instagram conversations from last week" or "close these three, they were about billing".
If it doesn't work
The avatar doesn't turn into a box. Your role can only view conversations. Ask the owner.
No "What was it about?" question. Your team has no subjects yet. Add them in Front desk › Setup.
