How do I connect my Gmail?
Go to Settings, Integrations, Gmail, click Connect Gmail and allow access on Google's screen. Customer emails then leave from your own address.
Click Settings › Integrations › Gmail, then Connect Gmail, and allow the access Google asks for. Your customer emails then leave from your own Gmail address, and replies still come back to Conversations.

Step 1: Open the Gmail page
Click Settings in the left menu, then Integrations, then Gmail. It shows Not connected until you connect.
Click: Settings › Integrations › Gmail
Step 2: Connect Gmail
Click Connect Gmail. Google opens: pick your account and allow the access it asks for. You can also click Connect Gmail on your Email page.

Step 3: Check where emails leave from
Back in Alori, you see "Gmail is connected. Your customer emails now leave from…" with your address. The switch Send customer emails from this address decides it. Off, emails leave from the app's address, and replies still come back here.

Good to know
Each teammate connects their own Google account. Nobody else sees your mailbox.
Your inbox stays private. Only replies to emails sent from Alori, and threads you add to a conversation, reach your team.

Emails sent through Gmail use no credits.
To stop, click Disconnect. Your emails then use Alori's address until you connect again.
If it doesn't work
"Gmail didn't connect. Try again and allow the access Google asks for." Click Connect Gmail again and allow every access Google lists.
"Gmail needs to be connected again." Google cut the access, often after a password change. Click Reconnect Gmail. Until then, your emails leave from the app's address.
"Gmail isn't set up on this app yet." Gmail isn't available on your app yet. Your emails still go out from the app's address.
"Reconnect Gmail to tidy your inbox here" on your Email page. Click Reconnect once to give the missing permission.
