How do I delete all imported data and start over?
On your HubSpot import page, click Delete all data, then Continue and Yes, delete everything. It can't be undone. Your team and settings stay.
On your HubSpot import page, click Delete all data at the bottom, then Continue and Yes, delete everything. Every customer, deal and record in your app goes, including what your team added by hand. This can't be undone.

Step 1: Open your import
In the side menu, click Import data. Under Already imported, click your HubSpot import.
Click: Import data › Already imported
Step 2: Click Delete all data
Scroll to the bottom of the steps and click Delete all data. The window Delete all data in this project? lists what goes: every customer, company, deal, note, email, call, task, quote, job and invoice. Click Continue.
Click: Delete all data › Continue
Step 3: Confirm
The window This can't be undone asks one last time. Click Yes, delete everything. You see "Deleting all data… you can close this page."
Click: Yes, delete everything
Step 4: Import again
When it's done, your choices from Check what comes over are still there. Run a sample or import everything again: every record is created fresh.

Good to know
What stays: your team, settings, pipelines and custom fields.
The automations made from your HubSpot workflows are deleted too.
You can't delete while an import is running. Wait for it to finish.

If it doesn't work
"The project needs an update first. Update it, then try again." Open your app, update or publish it, then click Delete all data again.
"Deleting stopped before the end. Try again." Click Delete all data again.
The Delete all data button is grey. An import is running. Wait for it to finish.
