How do I remove the sample customers and jobs?
In your team app, click Remove sample data on the yellow note, then Yes, remove. Only the sample records go; your own stay.
Your new app starts with sample customers, deals, jobs, quotes, invoices and tasks, so you can try things out. To remove them, click Remove sample data on the yellow note in your team app, then Yes, remove. Only the sample records are removed. The ones you added stay.

Step 1: Find the yellow note
Open your team app. A yellow note says Your app has sample data, so you can try things out. It sits at the bottom right on a computer, and above the bottom menu on a phone.
Click: open your team app
Step 2: Remove the sample data
Click Remove sample data. The note asks Remove it? Click Yes, remove. The note goes away once it's done.
Click: Remove sample data › Yes, remove
Good to know
Only the owner sees the note: the first account in the app. Your team doesn't see it.
Your preview and your live app share the same data, so removing it in one removes it in both.
Hide puts the note away for now. It comes back next time you open the app, until you remove the sample data.
A sample customer you used for your own job or quote is kept, so your record never loses its customer. It just stops being a sample.

If it doesn't work
"That didn't work. Try again." Click Remove sample data again.
You don't see the note. It shows only to the owner, and only while sample records are left. If they're all gone, the note doesn't show.
The note is hidden behind a window. It steps aside while a window or a side panel is open. Close it and the note comes back.
