Step 1: Open Customers

In the menu, under Customers, click Customers. You see Active customers first, with how many there are.

Click: Customers

Type in Search name, phone or email. The heading becomes Search results.

Step 3: Narrow the list

  • Status: pick Status: Active, Status: Archived, Status: All or Status: Prospects (people not in a deal yet).

  • Filter by tag: tick one or more tags to show only those customers. Click Clear the filter to see everyone again.

  • The cards at the top: click New prospects (to call back, last 30 days), Tune-ups to book (last visit a year ago) or New customers (last 30 days).

  • Sort: click the Customer column title to sort A to Z, or Z to A.

Click: Status: Active › Status: All

Step 4: Open the customer

Click the customer's line. On their record, the arrows at the top right open the previous or next customer in the list.

Click: Previous customer or Next customer
