What stops when I run out of credits?
At 0 credits, new AI work, sent texts, emails and calls pause. Incoming texts, emails and calls and hosting keep working, down to -50 credits.
When your balance reaches 0, Alori stops starting anything new that uses credits: changes to your app, Chat and bot replies, the app assistant, and the texts, emails and calls your app sends. Things you can't refuse, like a customer texting or calling you, keep working so you never miss them.

How you hear about it
At 20 credits and again at 0, you get an email and a text (one of each a day at most).
A banner shows on every page: You're out of credits. Your app's texts, calls and AI are paused.
If you've paid before, you also see a banner when you're low: You have [number] credits left. At 0, your app's texts, calls and AI pause.
Step 1: Add credits
Click Add credits on the banner, or open Billing and click Add credits. Your last change in the chat picks up again on its own once you have credits.
Click: Add credits › pick an amount › Add [amount] credits · [price]
Never run out
Turn on Auto top-up on the Billing page. Alori buys credits before you reach 0.
If it doesn't work
"You're out of credits, so I didn't make this change and you weren't charged." Add credits, then ask again.
"Emails from this app stopped because you are out of credits." or "Texts from this app stopped because you are out of credits." Click Add credits.
"You're out of credits. Add some to upgrade your app; the new features are waiting here." Add credits, then click Upgrade my app.
