How do I add an AI block or meeting notes to a page?

Type "/" and pick AI summary, AI key points, AI action items or AI block, then click Generate. AI meeting notes brings in a meeting's summary.

Updated October 26, 2026

An AI block writes a summary, the key points or the to-dos of the page, and keeps them until you click Generate again. AI meeting notes brings an Alori meeting's AI summary into the page.

Also called: AI block, summary block, key points, action items, meeting notes, AI notes, bloc IA, résumé IA, points clés, notes de réunion

Step 1: Add an AI block

Type / on an empty line and pick AI summary, AI key points, AI action items or AI block. With AI block, type what AI should write, like "a short list of the tools to bring".

Click: / › AI summary

Step 2: Generate

Click Generate. What AI writes shows inside the block, as normal text you can change. It stays as it is when the page changes: click Try again when you want it written again.

Click: Generate

Step 3: Bring in a meeting's notes

Type / and pick AI meeting notes. Find the meeting and click it: its AI summary comes in. Click Refresh to bring it in again after the notes change, or click the meeting's name to open it.

Click: / › AI meeting notes

Good to know

  • Each Generate uses Alori credits. Only you clicking Generate asks AI: editing the page doesn't.

  • An AI block only reads pages you can open.

  • On a page published to the web, visitors see what the block wrote, not your request or which meeting it came from.

If it doesn't work

  • "No meeting with AI notes yet. Record a meeting in Meetings and its summary shows here.": record a meeting first, then come back.

  • "You're out of credits. Add credits to use AI.": the owner adds credits in Alori.

  • "AI didn't answer. Try again.": click Generate again.
