How do I find out what my customers ask?

Ask Alori in the chat what your customers ask most. It reads their emails, texts, website chats and call summaries, and can write Help articles for them.

Updated October 22, 2026

Ask Alori in the chat: "What do my customers ask most?" It reads what customers wrote to you (emails, texts, website chats and call summaries), without their names, and tells you the questions that come back. Then it can write Help center articles for them.

Step 1: Ask Alori

In your workspace chat, or in Ask Alori in your CRM, ask: "What do my customers ask most?" It looks at the last 90 days. For more, say how far back, up to a year: "…over the last 6 months?" To look at one topic: "What do customers ask about financing?"

Step 2: Turn the answers into articles

Ask: "Write help articles for the top 5 questions." Alori checks your Company memory and existing articles, writes only what it finds there, and publishes them. Ask for drafts if you want to read them first.

Step 3: Check what the website bot couldn't answer

In Conversations, open Needs you. Chats the bot passed on show why, like The bot didn't know the answer or Wants a quote. Those are the questions to answer in an article or in Company memory.

Good to know

  • Your Help center tool needs to be in your app for Alori to read customer questions. To add it, see How do I write a help center article?

  • Names stay out. Alori reads the words, not who wrote them.

  • People who can't see conversations in your app get nothing back.

  • New articles teach the website bot too: it answers from your published articles.

If it doesn't work

  • Alori finds nothing. There are no customer messages in that time yet. Ask for a longer time, up to a year.

  • Alori says it can't see conversations. Your role doesn't allow it. Ask the owner.
