- How do I write a help center article?Open Customers help center in your workspace, open a collection, click New article, then Start from scratch. Write it and click Save: it's live.
- How do I add pictures or videos to an article?While editing an article, click Picture, or paste or drop it in the text. For a video, click Video and paste a YouTube, Vimeo or Loom link, or upload one.
- How do I organize sections and order articles?Open Customers help center, click Settings, then Order. Drag sections and articles into place, or drop an article in another section. It saves at once.
- How do I change the help center's look?Open Customers help center, click Settings, then Look. Pick a banner, a color, and type a headline and subtitle. Each choice saves at once.
- How do I translate my articles?Ask Alori in the chat to translate an article to French or English. The new version is linked to the original and goes live with it. Uses credits.
- How do I find out what my customers ask?Ask Alori in the chat what your customers ask most. It reads their emails, texts, website chats and call summaries, and can write Help articles for them.
