Updated October 22, 2026

Open the deal you want to keep and click Merge deals under its cards. Search the duplicate and click it. Its customers, companies and tasks move to the deal you kept, then the duplicate goes away.

Also called: duplicate deals, combine deals, same deal twice, double lead, fusionner des affaires, affaires en double, doublon, combiner

Step 1: Open the deal to keep

Open Leads & deals and click the deal you want to keep. It keeps its name, pipeline and stage.

Click: Leads & deals › the deal

Step 2: Click Merge deals

On the right, under the cards, click Merge deals. The window Merge into … opens.

Click: Merge deals

Step 3: Pick the duplicate

Type in Search a deal and click the duplicate. It merges right away. You see … merged.

Click: Search a deal › the duplicate

What happens

  • The duplicate's customers and companies are added to the deal you kept. A deal can have several.

  • Its tasks move over.

  • Empty fields on the deal you kept, like the price tag or company, are filled from the duplicate.

  • The duplicate is deleted.

Good to know

  • Merging is a good way to put several people on one deal.

  • To add a person without merging, click Add in the deal's Customers card.

  • Ask Alori can merge deals too: "Merge the two Gagnon deals".

If it doesn't work

  • "This deal was deleted." Someone else removed it. Reload the page.

  • "Merge at most 50 deals at a time." Merge them in smaller groups.

  • No Merge deals button. Your role can view deals but not change them.
