  • Record calls: answered calls are recorded. "Recordings, transcripts and summaries land on the customer." It's on when you start.

  • Email me voicemails: each voicemail comes to you by email, "With the caller, the transcript and a summary." It's off when you start.

Good to know

  • The email goes to the email of your Alori account. Its subject reads "New voicemail from" and the caller, and it has a button to open your app.

  • Voicemails are always kept in Alori, even with Record calls off.

  • Each call flow has its own switches. If you have several, set them on each one.

  • To listen later, see Where do I hear recordings and read voicemail transcripts?

If it doesn't work

  • No voicemail email. Check that Email me voicemails is on and saved, and look in your spam folder. A guest without a saved account gets no email.

  • "That didn't work. Try again." Wait a moment and click Save again.
