How do I set up a phone menu, business hours and voicemail?
In Phone system › Calls, click Change how calls work. Turn on Phone menu and Only ring when I'm open, edit what callers hear, then click Save.
Open Phone system, click Change how calls work, then turn on what you want: Say hello first, Phone menu, Only ring when I'm open. Edit what callers hear under If nobody picks up, and click Save.

Step 1: Open how calls work
Click Phone system, stay on Calls, and click Change how calls work. Each question is a card with a switch.

Step 2: Add a phone menu
Turn on Phone menu. Under Callers hear, keep Read a script and type the words ("For sales, press 1. For service, press 2."), or pick Play audio. For each line, pick the key after Press, give it a Name, and pick who it rings. Click Add a key for more.

Step 3: Set your business hours
Turn on Only ring when I'm open. It starts with weekdays, 9 to 5. Click Change hours to pick your Time zone, set the hours for each day (or remove them to show Closed), and use Add a day under Holidays and closures. Click Done. Turn on Play a message when I'm closed to tell callers you're closed. When you're closed, callers leave a message.

Step 4: Write your voicemail message
Under If nobody picks up, edit what callers hear before the beep. Alori reads it aloud, or plays your own recording with Play audio.

Step 5: Save
Click Save at the bottom. You see Saved. The next call follows your new setup.

Good to know
A voicemail can be up to 3 minutes long. You find it in Alori, written out for you.

If it doesn't work
The Save button is grey. A step needs fixing. In Edit step by step, the step shows in red with the reason, for example "Two options use the same key." or "Add at least one option."
"Add audio in the Audio tab first." Upload or record a sound in the Sounds tab, then pick it.
"That didn't work. Try again." Wait a moment and click Save again.
