How do I add extra phone numbers?
In Phone system › Numbers, click Add a number, search an area code, pick a number, name it and click Add this number. Each costs 3.84 credits a month.
Open Phone system, go to Numbers and click Add a number. Type an area code, click Search, pick a number, give it a Name and click Add this number. Extra numbers take calls only.

Step 1: Open Numbers
Click Phone system, then the Numbers tab. Your Business number is listed first. Extra numbers come after it.

Step 2: Search an area code
Click Add a number. Type a 3-digit Area code and click Search.

Step 3: Pick, name and add it
Click a number in the list. Type a Name, like "Main line" or "Ads", so you know where calls come from. Click Add this number. You see Saved.

Step 4: Choose what it does
Each number runs a Call flow. A new number uses the Default flow. To send it somewhere else, pick another flow in Call flow beside it. To make another flow, go to Calls, click Change how calls work, then Edit step by step and New call flow.

Good to know
Each extra number costs 3.84 credits a month. The first month is charged when you add it.
Extra numbers take calls only. Texts stay on your business number.
A project can have up to 10 extra numbers.
To give one back, click the trash icon, then Remove. Callers no longer reach you on it, and it can't be recovered.
If it doesn't work
"Enter a 3-digit area code." Type exactly 3 digits.
"No numbers free near that area code. Try another." Try an area code close by.
"Someone just took that number. Pick another." Pick another number.
"Add credits to buy a number." Add credits, then try again.
"You've reached the number limit for a project." Remove a number you don't use first.
"Phone numbers aren't available yet." Phone numbers are turned off for now. Contact support.
