How do I publish a page to the web?

Open Share › Publish, check the web address and click Publish. Anyone with the link can read the page and its subpages; Unpublish takes it off at once.

Updated October 26, 2026

Publish a page, like a price list, a care guide or an FAQ, so anyone can read it on your website without signing in. Its subpages and databases come too, read-only.

Also called: publish, share to web, public link, public page, web page, publier, partager sur le Web, lien public.

Step 1: Open Publish

On the page, click Share, then the Publish tab. You need Full access to the page.

Click: Share › Publish

Step 2: Pick the web address and publish

The Web address starts from the page's title, like /p/furnace-care. Change it if you want, then click Publish. The page is at your site's address followed by that, for example yoursite.com/p/furnace-care.

Click: Publish

Click the copy icon to copy the link, or the arrow to see the page as visitors do. Subpages open from it. Teammates you mention, and the people in a database's person columns, show by name, as on your page. Comments, your team's emails, templates and anything in the trash never show.

Step 4: Take it off the web

Open Share › Publish and click Unpublish. The link stops working right away.

If it doesn't work

  • "Another page already uses this address. Pick another one.": change the Web address.

  • "Only people with Full access can publish this page.": ask someone with Full access.

  • A subpage doesn't show: it has its own sharing, so it stays private. Make it follow the page's sharing to publish it.

  • A page in the trash isn't on the web, even if it was published.
