How do I ring a group of people?

In Phone system › Teams, click New team, name it, add teammates or phone numbers, choose how they ring and click Save. Then pick it under Who picks up?

Open Phone system, go to the Teams tab and click New team. Name it, add teammates or any phone number, choose All at once or One after another, and click Save. Then pick that team for your calls.

A team is who rings together: people with Alori open, and any other phone.

Step 1: Start a new team

Click Phone system, then the Teams tab. Click New team.

Click: Phone system › Teams › New team

Step 2: Name it and choose how it rings

Type a Name, like "Service". Under How they ring, pick All at once (everyone rings together) or One after another (in the order of the list). Set Ring each for (seconds), from 10 to 120. It starts at 20.

Step 3: Add the members

Under Members, pick someone in Add a teammate. To ring a phone outside Alori, like a cell, type it (+1 514 555 0100) and click Add a phone. Remove someone with the X.

Step 4: Save and use it

Click Save. Then go to Calls, click Change how calls work, pick the team under Who picks up? and click Save. A phone menu key can ring a team too.

Good to know

Teammates ring in Alori when they have the app open.
Up to 10 people and phones ring at the same time.
With no team, calls ring everyone until you make one.
To change a team, click Edit beside it.

If it doesn't work

"Give the group a name and check the phone numbers (+1 and 10 digits)." Add a name, and type phone numbers with 10 digits.
"Your teammates show up here once the app is published." Publish your app, then come back to add teammates.
"Used in … Change those steps first." You're deleting a team calls still ring. Pick another team where it's used, then delete it.
"That didn't work. Try again." Wait a moment and try again.
